Swimming cat
Our cat Cheeseburger does a breaststroke action with his front paws before he drinks out of his water bowls. One is on carpet and the other one is on a tile floor. But regardless of which bowl he is drinking from it is always preempted by the swimming movement. It is very odd and he is now trying to teach our 8 month old ragdoll kitten how to do the same thing. Is this weird cat behavior or something many cats do?
