Wet window craziness

Why wet window craziness? Ok so after I shower I find Willie, a year old orange tabby, on the window sill. He is standing on his hind legs with his front paws on the window. He is quickly pawing at the wet glass as if trying to get through it. It cracks me up every time.

Recently I have found him doing it on the wet toilet or inside the wet tub! What the heck is he doing? Just wondering if anyone had a suggestion!
