Toilet Lid

My one year old cat Domino has learned to lift the lid on the toilet to get a drink. He practiced and practiced until he got the trick down and can now easily get a drink whenever he wants.

I am not sure why he enjoys this so much when he has fresh water in his bowl and I even leave the faucet trickling to give him water as opposed to toilet water.
