My cat talks. Not with her voice although she can be quite loud at times. My cat talks with her body language and actions. I understand her perfectly. She tells me when she needs fresh water and reminds me its dinner time.
She can also tell me when her liter box is full and she would like it cleaned. And of course she is great at saying I love you Mommy. This is actually how she got her name (Sweetie).
