My cat is fearful of everyone

Fearful Cat

My cat is fearful of everyone and sometimes even me! I had found my cat Baby when she was maybe 6-8 weeks old on a stoop on a very very cold December day, I picked her up and took her home.

At first she was fine,then started to have a fear of other people,except me. Lately,she will even be a little afraid of me,and will come up to me without me looking at her.

I want her to be a little more people friendly, but I do not know how. Any suggestions?
