my cat died suddenly

My cat died suddenly, only 2 years old, healthy, no sign of illness. However, 2 days before he die, he peed on my bed, 2 nights in a row, same spot, I did not even have a chance to tell him off, he died. Does the cat's behavior trying to tell me or warn me about something?
