Male cat nursing on older male cat

Male cat nursing on male cat

We have two 16 week old male kittens. One nurses on our older male neutered cat who is about 6 years old. He allows one of the cats to "nurse" but not the other one. ? Any ideas of what's going on?

Seems a little a little weird. Is this unique or has this happened to other male kitten owners?
