Lonesome cat

Black female cat

Our neighbor passed away a few months ago, and we have been taking care of their 8 year old black female cat and she has been fixed or whatever they call it.

We have been doing this for four months, giving her the water, and cat food. She stays at same place and used to spend time in the garage at night.

Now she has to stay outside and its getting quite cold out and we are the only people communication who pay attention to her.

She comes to us every day when were their for a few minutes. Are cats solitary and get food on their own. She seems very hungry when we feed her. We would like to bring her home with us but we have a dog and she would just go back to the place she knows best.

She has a big yard with a lot of trees and bushes the house is up for sale and hopefully the new owners will take her in.

Do you have any suggestions. Allen p.s.She is not very big. We have coyotes, Havalenas, wild cats,and neighbors dogs.Dogs are usually fenced. Thanks
