Help for my cat

Help for my cat: My cat has seizures,it starts with him scratching, than he begins biting himself, and flipping over. Then banging into furniture, or anything in his way.

Then a stream of pee comes all over the area. I had him to a vet, no help, cost $300.00. He does not have fleas. He is 11 years old, my only option now is to put him to sleep as the pee is destroying our home.

The rugs, walls, and furniture. Putting him
to sleep is the last thing I want to do, can anyone provide Help for my cat.
