My half manx half siamese is going crazy. I usually don't like him sleeping with me and he never had a problem with that.
He only got "clingy" before after I returned from long trips and he wanted to sleep with me the first night after I'd get back.
I' half way through my pregnancy and he is going crazy. He cries from about 2-3 in the morning onwards begging to be let in and sleep with me. I usually give up and let him, but am not sure that's a good thing I'm doing.
When the baby comes I might sleep in the baby's room some nights and I don't want him sleeping with me there.
Has anyone else experienced this "clingyness"?

I have several babies of the 4-legged variety, & they ALL like to follow me into the bathroom. They'll get themselves a drink of water from the sink, wait for their obligatory "pet, pet," & then move on.
Sometimes, especially the younger ones, they will want to play. That's fine until claws meet bare legs. Then... not so much.
My husband says he doesn't mind any of it, except for the fur-lined underwear that seems to result from these bathroom adventures. No matter what the case, we love them all.

My cat, Cinco, does that too. I go to the bathroom at midnight cos I have a habit of drinking a lot of water before going to bed. My Cinco, when she senses that I'm going to the bathroom, she follows me there.
I think its sweet that she'd accompany me because I'm quite afraid of going alone at night. (I'm afraid of ghosts.) However, it's quite uncomfortable sometimes cos she'd brush her head on my legs or look at me intently while I'm taking a leak.
