Cat attacks feet

My Cat attacks feet and legs when they walk by. Nermal is a rescue I got from my brother-in-law a little over a year ago to keep our shepherd mix Zephyr, company (we had recently lost our other cat). She was always strange but now that she is older,she is very vocal.

Now the weirdest thing she does is when she thinks I should feed her and I don't think it's time,is to follow me around the house and bite at my ankles and feet. She also has the habit of just biting me in general if I am reading or busy and she thinks it's dinner time.

She has a cheap stuffed mouse that she FETCHES if you throw it. Of all the high priced toys she has that's the only one she plays with.$.79 cost.
